SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
Providence
With their record of 5-5, the Friars have had a solid fall so far. At its annual Friar Volleyball Classic last weekend, the host wrapped things up with a 2-1 mark after defeating Fairleigh Dickinson and Coppin State and falling to Brown.
Â
UConn
The Huskies are heading into their fourth consecutive tournament, playing host for the second time this month. UConn struggled at the Ohio Invite last weekend, falling to Virginia, Ohio University and the College of Charlestown, all by scores of 3-0.
Â
Holy Cross
The Saints have had a slow start to their season, going 0-6 and winless through their first two tournaments before defeating Merrimack, 3-0, last week. After another 0-3 invitational, Holy Cross picked up its second win, this time over Hartford (3-0).
