ITHACA, N.Y. – The Dartmouth women's squash team earned a hard-fought, 5-4, victory over No. 11 Cornell Saturday afternoon in Ithaca.
The Big Green extend their winning streak to four matches and improve to 5-4 (1-3 Ivy League) on the year, while the Big Red fall to 5-7 (1-3 Ivy).
Claire Aube (12-10, 11-4, 11-8) and
Sandra Reiss (11-3, 11-9, 11-5) both swept their opponents in dominating fashion.
Jesse Brownell (11-6, 11-9, 12-14, 11-7),
Brynn Bank (11-8, 8-11, 11-6, 11-2) and
Julia Potter (11-7, 8-11, 11-7, 11-6) defeated their opponents in four games to boost the Big Green to the win.
Dartmouth stays on the road for a meeting with Columbia at noon on Sunday.
