Carlos Guerrero Alvarez – after getting a bye on Friday – defeated Merrimack's Jan Semerak, 7-6(6), 6-3.
Hikaru Takeda,
Alejandro Quiles and
Anders Gibbons all saw their regional journeys end with losses to players from Harvard, Columbia and Penn.

Alex Knox-Jones and
Pierce Widdecombe fell to a duo from Princeton, 8-4, and Quiles and
Daniel Webb fell to their opponents from St. John's by the same score.

On Sunday, Guerrero Alvarez faced No. 1 seed Alafia Ayeni of Cornell, falling by a score of 7-5, 6-0.
The week after next, the Big Green will play at the Harvard Match Invitational.
