KICKING OFF THE SEASON AGAINST THE CRIMSON
Dartmouth women's hockey will open the 2021-22 season at home this weekend, welcoming Harvard to Thompson Arena for a Friday night ECAC Hockey matchup.

SCOUTING HARVARD
·     The Crimson will also be opening their season on Friday night and enter the game with an 0-0 record.
·     Head Coach Katey Stone remains at the helm for her 27th season and brought in 14 freshman this season.
·     Harvard had a record of 18-14-1 in the 2019-20 season and lost in the ECAC Semifinals to Cornell.

LAST TIME AGAINST THE CRIMSON
·     The last meeting between the two sides came on Jan. 31, 2020. The Big Green lost by a score of 4-0.
·     Dartmouth and Harvard also played each other in their season opener two years ago. The Crimson won 7-4 on Oct. 25, 2019, at Hanover, N.H. Three of Dartmouth's four goal scorers in that game are still on the roster this season (Trevors, Putrah, Bowlby).

·     This will be the 103rd all-time meeting between Dartmouth and Harvard. The Crimson lead with a record of 52-46-4.
·     The Big Green have lost nine-straight games to Harvard with their most recent win coming on Oct. 23, 2015.

·     The 2021-22 roster is made up of 23 players and ten players on this year's roster were on the team during the 2019-20 season.

CAPTAINS
·     As has been the case for the past four years, only one player is wearing the "C" on her jersey for the 2021-22 season. Billing will take the role as captain for the first time. She will be the team's only captain and no players have been given the alternate captain designation.
·     Billing ended her sophomore season third on the team with 15 points (6-9-15). She recorded at least one point 11 times during the 2019-20 season. She scored a career-high of two goals against Union (1/4/20). She also tallied a career-high of two assists twice. Once against Harvard (10/25/19) and once against Brown (12/6/19). She has been named to the ECAC Hockey All-Academic team three times.

·     Keady Norton added seven rookies to the roster.

·     Dartmouth will carry two goalies on the roster this season. Junior

·     Humphreys played in 20 games two season ago, making 472 saves and recording a save percentage of .884 and goals against average of 3.23.

2019-20 IN REVIEW
·     The Big Green finished their 2019-20 campaign with a 7-19-3 overall record.
·     They finshed ECAC play with a 4-15-3 record and their wins came against Brown, RPI (2x) and Union.
·     Their three non-conference wins came against RIT, Maine and Franklin Pierce.
