HANOVER, N.H. – Dartmouth women's tennis went 5-4 in singles play on the final day of both the Big Green Invite and the fall portion of the season on Sunday.
Full weekend update:
Chidimma Okpara and
Lexi Dewire were undefeated; Okpara went 2-0 in singles and 2-0 in doubles, while Dewire had a record of 2-0 in singles.
Nicole Conard went 3-1 (2-0 singles, 1-1 doubles), as did
Chloe Yoo (1-1 singles, 2-0 doubles), and
Ujvala Jupalli went 2-1 in singles.
Against Yale, Yoo had an easy 6-1, 6-0 win, while
Ameliija Swaffer-Selff defeated her opponent, 6-3, 1-6 (12-10).
The Big Green won three of their five matches against UMass.
Ashley Hess had a 6-4, 5-7 (14-12) victory, while Okpara defeated her Minutewoman opponent. 6-4, 7-6(4) and Conard had a 6-2, 5-7 (10-5) win.
Dartmouth will return to play in January.
