HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth men's track and field team started their season opener with four events in the heptathlon on Friday afternoon.

Senior
Ryan Cashman is currently in first place, while junior
Connor Luck is in second, and sophomore
Ethan Hughes sits in third.

All three set personal bests in multiple events. Cashman set a personal record in the 60m dash (7.00s) and the high jump (1.83m). Luck set personal bests in the shot put (12.13m) and the long jump (6.59m). Hughes set three personal records, with new bests in the 60m dash (7.22s), shot put (10.31m), and high jump (1.74m).

The three remaining events in the heptathlon will kick things off on Saturday followed by the rest of the meet.
