HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth women's track and field team is off to a strong start in their home opener as they took part in the pentathlon on Friday afternoon.
Senior
Anoush Krafian took first place while earning her second-best score ever in the event. Along with her second-best overall score, Krafian also set new personal records in the 800m race (2:30.37) and in shot put (10.56m).
Senior
Gabriela Fasanelli nabbed second place while setting a new personal best for overall score in the event. Fasanelli also had personal bests in the 60m hurdles (9.37s), the 800m run (2:37.91), and in the long jump (5.03m).
The Big Green will look to build on this strong start over the remainder of the meet on Saturday.
