The Big Green women's tennis team saw wins from Chidimma Okpara, Elizabeth Fahrmeier and Lexi Dewire vs. BU
BOSTON, Mass. – The Dartmouth women's tennis team played at the Boston University Invitational on Saturday, playing 12 matches against the Terriers.
In singles, Chidimma Okpara had a 6-0, 6-1 win over Kaitlin Tan, the 2021 Patriot League Rookie of the Year. Elizabeth Fahrmeier had a very close 2-6, 6-4, 14-12 defeat of Shelly Yaloz and Lexi Dewire took down Erica Di Battista, 6-4, 6-7(4), 11-9.
Next week, the Big Green will compete at the ITA Northeast Regional Championship, which will take place at Army West Point from Oct. 1-3.
