She went 6-9 (.667) in 3-pointers and 7-15 (.467) in field goals, both of which were personal bests.
Doreen Ariik tied her career-best 10 rebounds, while
Carrington Washburn had a new record with nine.
Dartmouth (1-15, 0-4) at Princeton (13-4, 5-0)
The first half of the first quarter went to Princeton with its 11-0 advantage. It took another five points before Curtis' trey opened scoring for Dartmouth with 2:36 remaining. Those were the only points the Tigers allowed for the remainder of the first (25-3).
Within 80 seconds early in the second, Ariik had hit two buckets and two free throws, and grabbed a rebound for six points. Scoring was even at that point and Dartmouth had an 8-7 advantage after a
Katie Douglas basket. The home team took off on a 13-0 run that spanned the remainder of quarter (45-11). Defensive rebounds were kept close in the first half, with the Green sporting a 12-10 advantage.
Princeton added to its lead to start the second half before Curtis broke in with her swisher while nearing the midway point. Dartmouth found some momentum, ending the third quarter with three treys by Curtis and one from Douglas, with Curtis' last one beating the buzzer (64-25).
Another trio of Curtis 3-pointers and another by Douglas got the Big Green to 34 points, with 20 of those belonging to Curtis. With under 3:00 to go, scoring was perfectly even with 10 points apiece. Things quieted down at the end and the Tigers scored the last four points before the final whistle (78-35).
The Big Green will take on the Yale Bulldogs on Sunday in a game rescheduled from earlier in the month.
