Dartmouth Battles UConn and Boston University to Open Brown Classic

Emily Zhou was victorious in both singles and doubles
PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The Dartmouth women's tennis team opened the Brown Classic competing against UConn and Boston University.
The Big Green took three of five singles matches against the Huskies, while Valentina Cruz and Emily Zhou came away with the victory in the lone doubles match. Ashley Hess, Brooke Hess and Ujvala Jupalli represented the trio of singles victories.
Emily Zhou, who saw wins in both singles and doubles, defeated Boston University's Sydney Sharma for the Big Green's only win over the Terriers.
Sunday concludes the Brown Classic and Dartmouth then returns home to host the Big Green Invitational beginning Friday, Nov. 4.
