The Dartmouth women's track and field team competed in two separate meets today, the second day of the Virginia Challenge and the opening day of the George Davis Invitational at UMass Lowell.
Down in Virginia,
Abigail Brazil bested her PR in the 3000m steeplechase as she took third with a time of 10:44.28. Brazil now sits ninth all-time in program history in the event and fourth in the Ivy League standings.
Joy Enaohwo improved her season best time in the 100m, running 11.87, good for fifth in the Ancient Eight.
Emma Cunningham finished just shy of her PR in a competitive long jump with a mark of 5.69m.
Racing in just her second 1500m race,
Julia Fenerty finished with a time of 4:27.5, ninth in the Ivy League standings and in the top third in the meet.
Zoe Chafouleas finished seventh in the hammer throw at the George Davis Invitational, where she threw a PR of 40.52m.
Dartmouth will compete in the final day of competition at both the Virginia Challenge and the George Davis Invitational on Saturday.
