R.I. — The Dartmouth women's track and field team competed at the first day of the New England Championships on Friday at Bryant at their Track & Turf Complex.
Anoush Krafian is third in the heptathlon with 3010 after the first four events. Krafian won the 200m dash with a time of 25.02, finished third in shot put, and fifth in both the 100m hurdles and high jump.
Emma Kerimo and
Macenna Hansen both finished in the top-10 in the 5k. Kerimo took fifth with a personal best time of 17:16.42 while Hansen finished in ninth, also running a personal best with a time of 17:40.65.
Bridget McNally grabbed 11
th in the long jump with a jump of 5.37m.
Dartmouth will compete in day two of the New England Championships tomorrow as well as taking part in the Princeton Elite Invitational.
