NEW HAVEN,
Conn. — The Dartmouth women's track and field team currently sits in sixth place after the opening day of the Ivy League Championships on Saturday at Yale.
Bridget McNally shined for the Big Green as she tied for second in the long jump with a jump of 5.95m, the second-best mark in program history.
Emma Cunningham also performed well in the event, taking sixth with a jump of 5.77m.
Heptathletes
Gabriela Fasanelli and
Anoush Krafian are fourth and fifth after the first day. Fasanelli picked up the win in the high jump with a jump of 1.63m while Krafian took second in the 200m dash with a time of 25.19.
Madeleine Locher, competing in her first 10k, finished fourth with a time of 35:07.68, putting her ninth in program history.
