ST. ALBANS, Vt. — The Dartmouth women's cross country team started off the 2022 season on a strong note, finishing in first place at the Vermont Invite in St. Albans, Vermont.

The Big Green finished with 42 points to claim the top spot. UMass Amherst finished six points behind in second with 48, followed by UMass Lowell (53), Stonehill (87) and Vermont (100).

All five runners for Dartmouth finished inside the top-20.
Julia Fenerty led the way, finishing in second with a time of 18:25.
Emily Levonas finished right behind Fenerty in third with a time of 18:28.9.

Annie Jackson was the other top-10 finisher for the Big Green, crossing the finish line at 18:41.8, taking sixth. Rounding out the Big Green were
Julia Robitaille (19:03) in 11
th and
Macenna Hansen (19:27) in 20
th.

Dartmouth is in action next Saturday as they host the Maribel Sanchez Souther Invitational. The race is scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m. and live results will be available through Lancer Timing.
