HANOVER, N.H. — After claiming the top two spots in the pentathlon on Friday, the Dartmouth women's track and field carried the momentum into competition on Saturday, producing top performances across the board at Leverone Field House in the Dartmouth December Invite.
Starting with the throwing events,
Julia Reglewski won the shot put with a throw of 14.42m.
Olivia O'Connor won the weight throw with a mark of 16.20m.
Kylee Bennett (15.68m),
Zoe Chafouleas (14.10m) and
Autumn Clark (13.59m) all threw for lifetime bests in the event.
Over in the pole vault,
Chloe Taylor took the win after clearing 3.75m.
Megan Judd, competing in her first NCAA indoor competition, won the long jump with a mark of 5.55m. In the triple jump,
Perside Ebengo Yolou claimed the top spot with a jump of 11.41m.
Maeve Conneely picked up the win in the high jump, clearing 1.65m.
Joy Enaohwo won the 60m dash with a time of 7.77 seconds followed by
Danielle Pringle (7.82 seconds) in second and
Daniela Ruelas Lomeli (7.86 seconds) in third.
Annie Jackson took first in the 1000m race with a time of 2:53.65.
Julia Pye came in second in the event, crossing the finish line at 3:00.28.
Also claiming wins were
Bridget McNally (25.78 seconds) in the 200m and
Maya Bryson (1:22.97) in the 500m race.
Dartmouth is now off for roughly a month for break before returning to action in early January with 53
rd running of the Dartmouth Relays.
