Tanner Palocsik and freshman goaltender
Cooper Black received ECAC Hockey All-League recognition, as announced today by the league office.

Palocsik was named to the third team and Black was a unanimous selection for the rookie team.

Palocsik finished the regular season with four goals and 17 assists, including two goals and 14 assists in league play. He had two assists in the 6-0 victory over Yale in November to give Dartmouth its first win of the season. Palocsik had a seven-game stretch where he had at least one point, including three games where he finished with at least two points. He had a hand in each goal in early February against Princeton as he assisted on all three of the Big Green goals.

Black started in all 22 league contests for the Big Green, finishing with 596 saves, a goals against average of 2.81, and a save percentage of .909. He earned his first collegiate win and shutout in the 6-0 victory over Yale in November at Thompson Arena. Black eclipsed 40 saves on three different occasions this season, including his debut against Harvard in the season opener with 42 saves. He made a career-high 44 saves against the second-ranked Quinnipiac Bobcats in February. Black earned the MAC Goaltending Goaltender of the Week award once this season, after helping the Big Green to a five-point weekend with a regulation win over Yale and a shootout victory against Brown in early November.
