HANOVER, N.H. — The New England Intercollegiate Sailing Association (NEISA) announced its 2023 Women's All-NEISA teams following the conclusion of the spring regular season. The Big Green earned five postseason awards, as
Maddie Hawkins,
Gray Hemans,
Sarah Young,
Caroline Oyster and
Aisling Sullivan were honored by the NEISA Awards Committee.

Hawkins was named an All-NEISA First-Team Skipper after a stellar season on the water for the Big Green. Throughout the spring season, Hawkins has helped Dartmouth to numerous strong finishes. The junior helped lead the Big Green to a second-place finish at the NEISA Women's Team Race Championship.

Hemans and Young were named Second-Team All-NEISA Skippers. Hemans has participated in five regattas for the Big Green throughout a busy spring season, while Young has made an impact at four events. Both student-athletes also led Dartmouth to its strong finish at the NEISA Women's Team Race Championship and have been instrumental to the team's success throughout the spring.

Oyster and Sullivan earned Second-Team honors as crew members. Both student-athletes were impressive for the Big Green and were featured throughout the spring in important regattas. The duo of crews were instrumental in Dartmouth's second-place finish at the NEISA Women's Team Race Championship regatta.

The Big Green are back in action this weekend for the ICSA Women's Team Race National Championship event, hosted by Stanford. The event will take place on Saturday, April 29 and Sunday, April 30.
