HANOVER, N.H. — Read up on all the Big Green action over the next week!
Volleyball – Friday, Sept. 22 + Saturday, Sept. 23
Dartmouth welcomes Harvard for the Ivy League opener on Friday evening before traveling to New Hampshire on Saturday. The Big Green swept the Crimson last season and look primed for a strong start to conference action, seeking to make a return to the Ivy League Tournament. To view the full preview, click here.
Field Hockey – Friday, Sept. 22 + Sunday, Sept. 24
The Dartmouth field hockey team is set to travel to upstate New York this weekend for an Ivy League showdown at Cornell on Friday (4 p.m.) followed by a nonleague contest at Colgate on Sunday (12 p.m.). The Big Green enter the weekend 2-2, most recently falling at No. 15 Harvard last Friday by a 4-0 final. Both games this weekend can be seen on ESPN+. For the complete preview, please click here.
Men's Tennis – Friday, Sept. 22 - Sunday, Sept. 24
The Big Green are set to host the Dartmouth Invitational, which welcomes Williams, Boston University and Brown to Boss Tennis Center and Thompson Outdoor Courts. Dartmouth competed in the Penn Invitational last weekend and finished strong in the three-day event, taking five of seven singles matches and all four doubles matches from Navy.
Football – Saturday, Sept. 23
The Dartmouth football team welcomes Lehigh to Hanover for the first time in 24 years, as the Big Green open Memorial Field for the 2023 season. Dartmouth looks to bounce back following a defeat on the road last week against New Hampshire and look to earn its first victory of the young season against the Mountain Hawks. Rugby – Saturday, Sept. 23
The Big Green are in action at Brophy Field for the first time in 2023, hosting Quinnipiac on Saturday in a rematch of their 2022 NIRA semifinal meeting. Dartmouth is off to a 2-0 start with road wins over Penn State and Army West Point, but was sidelined last week as the match at Princeton was postponed to Nov. 4. Men's Soccer – Saturday, September 23
The Big Green open Ancient Eight competition this weekend in New Jersey, as Dartmouth squares off with Princeton. Entering the weekend with the most goals scored in the conference, Dartmouth looks to string together a full 90-minute performance to open Ivy League competition with a victory. Women's Soccer – Saturday, September 23
In midst of the best start in program history, the Big Green open Ivy League play this weekend in Connecticut at Yale. Entering the weekend with a 5-0-3 record after going unbeaten in non-conference play for the first time in program history, Dartmouth looks to carry the momentum into its Ivy opener with a win. Sailing – Saturday, Sept. 23 – Sunday, Sept. 24
The Big Green take the waters this weekend at three regattas during their third weekend of the fall season. Dartmouth will set sail at the Hoyt Trophy regatta, hosted by Brown, the Mrs. Hurst Bowl, hosted by Bowdoin and the Ross Trophy event, hosted by Vermont.
Last weekend, Dartmouth earned a first-place finish at the Regis Trophy event, while Will Michels and Phoebe Lee earned first in the "C" division at the Hatch Brown regatta. Ben Sheppard, Sarah Young and Olivia Drulard represented Dartmouth at the New England Intercollegiate Sailing Association (NEISA) Singlehanded Championships.
