HANOVER, N.H. – It will be a busy day on Saturday at the Leverone Field House as the Dartmouth women's track and field team is set to host the 53
rd edition of the Dartmouth Relays.
The day will begin at 8 a.m., with high school events kicking things off. The high school portion of the schedule will end with the boys 4x400m relay at 3:50 p.m. The collegiate events will begin immediately after, first with the 60m dash preliminaries.
The Big Green last competed in early December with the Dartmouth December Invite. The meet started off well for Dartmouth as the Big Green claimed the top two spots in the pentathlon on the first night of competition with
Mariella Schweitzer and
Olivia Jelsma finishing first and second. The momentum from Friday carried over into Saturday as Dartmouth picked up another nine victories.
It'll be the first time since the 2019-20 season that the Big Green have competed in the Dartmouth Relays. The event was cancelled during the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons due to COVID-19 while last year was a high school only meet.
Live results for the meet will be available through Triangle Timing and MileSplit. Links for both the high school meet and college meet can be found above or on the team's schedule page.
After the Dartmouth Relays, the Big Green will be off for two weeks before returning to action with the DYC at Yale's Coxe Cage.
