SAVANNAH, GA. – The Big Green wrapped up competing at the Savannah Golf Club Tuesday, jumping one spot from Monday's performance to finish fifth overall.
The four members of the Big Green competing for the team score posted their best performance of the tournament Tuesday, shooting a 302, to wrap with a 923 (+59).
Olivia Cong led the way again for the Big Green, finishing tied for sixth overall in the tournament. She shot 76 (+4) through the final 18 holes to finish the tournament with a 222 (+6).
Alissa Xu, the Big Green's individual competitor finished only two strokes behind, tied for eighth. Xu shot 68 (-4) in the third round of golf, her best score of the tournament and thus far this season. She wrapped the three rounds with a 224 (+8).
Lauren Pham was the next Big Green golfer on the leaderboard, finishing in a six-way tie for 24
th. In the third round, Pham shot a 77 (+5) to conclude the tournament with a 232 (+26).
Caroline Chung shot a 76 (+4) on the final day of competition, her best round of the tournament. She finished tied for 45
th with a 236 (+20).
Hope Hall and
Sophie Thai were only two strokes behind leaving Georgia having shot a 238 (+22). Hall shot a 77 (+5) in the final round while Thai shot a 73 (+1), each having their best round of the tournament.

Alex Kirk said he was proud of his team for how they managed the course and the depth shown by his program.
"Dartmouth Women's Golf managed the course better today and gauged the speed of the greens," Kirk said. "I am proud of the depth and talent on the team. It is very competitive and I think that's a good thing for the program."
The Big Green wrapped up their fall season at The Southern and will return to the course for competition in February when they head to Florida for the Columbia Classic.
"We have some homework to get ready for the spring season. I look forward to preparing over the winter," Kirk said.
