Ryan Cornish led the Big Green with 18 points as the Dartmouth College men's basketball team fell to UAlbany 87-73 on Wednesday evening from Leede Arena.

Jackson Munro sank 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for his first double double of the season.
The Big Green's record falls to 2-1 (0-0 Ivy League) and UAlbany's improves to 2-1 (0-0 America East). Â

FIRST HALF: 
- The Big Green opened the game in front, with an early 9-2 run. During the run, they held the Great Danes from scoring for two and a half minutes.
- Seven points for UAlbany put them in front, 27-26 midway through the half.
- A driving layup and three free throws from Cornish put the Big Green back ahead, 32-28 with 4:44 remaining in the half.
- Back-to-back baskets from beyond the arc for the Great Danes allowed them to get back in front of the Big Green, 34-32. With 3:15 left, the lead changed once again in favor of Dartmouth with Cornish and Romeo Myrthil scoring to put them ahead 36-34.
- A 3-pointer and a jumper from the Great Danes gave UAlbany the lead going into halftime, 43-40.
SECOND HALF:
- The Great Danes came out hot, outscoring the Big Green 10-3 to take a 10-point lead three minutes into the half. Â
- A dunk from Brandon Mitchell-Day began a run for the Big Green, cutting the UAlbany lead to three, 55-52 with 12:55 remaining.
- With 8:43 left, momentum swung to UAlbany, and the Great Danes opened up another 10-point lead, 66-56.
- The Great Danes charged on and ended the game with the 87-73 victory.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
- The first half saw nine lead changes and six ties.
- Over a four-minute period in the first half, the Big Green put up 11 points, all of which were scored by Cornish.
- The Big Green edged the Great Danes with points in the paint, 42-36.
