HANOVER, N.H. – Championship season is here as the Dartmouth women's track and field team is set to travel to Harvard this weekend for the 2024 Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships (Heps).
The Big Green saw success at last year's Heps at Leverone Field House, winning the 4x800m relay. Two members of the winning group,
Annie Jackson and
Bella Pietrasiewicz, are back and will be competing once again to defend the title.
Pietrasiewicz set a new program record in recent weeks as she ran a 2:44.03 in the 1000m race at Boston University's David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
Entering the weekend, the Big Green are in the top five on the Ivy League performance list in the following events:
