CJ Foley Named ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Week

The first-year had one goal and one assist over the weekend
HANOVER, N.H. – First-year defender CJ Foley of the Dartmouth men's hockey team was named the ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday morning.

Foley played a key role in the Big Green's six-point weekend with victories over Rensselaer and Union. The defender had an assist on Friday night against the Engineers before following that up with his fourth goal of the season on Saturday against the Garnet Chargers.

Foley and the Big Green close out the regular season this weekend at Thompson Arena, playing host to Brown and Yale. Both games are scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be available to stream on ESPN+ and Stretch Internet. Tickets can be purchased through the Dartmouth Athletics ticket office.

Notes: This is the second time Foley has won an ECAC Hockey weekly award, having been named the Defender of the Week back on Nov. 6.
