Luke Haymes Named ECAC Hockey Forward of the Week

The sophomore scored four of the six Big Green goals this past weekend
HANOVER, N.H. – After scoring four goals this past weekend for the Dartmouth men's hockey team, sophomore Luke Haymes has been named the ECAC Hockey Forward of the Week, presented by Bluebird Hotels, as announced by the league office on Monday morning.

Haymes recorded his first career hat trick in Friday's 5-1 win over Princeton, becoming the first Big Green player to score a hat trick in nearly four years. He followed that up with another goal on Saturday against No. 7 Quinnipiac.

The sophomore has scored eight goals in the last five games, bringing his season total to 11.

Haymes and the Big Green are back in action this Friday on the road at Harvard. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. and the game will be available to stream on ESPN+ and Stretch Internet.
