HANOVER, N.H. – The Dartmouth men's lightweight rowing team falls to Cornell on Saturday afternoon.
"Hats off to Cornell for a great day of racing," said Head Coach
Trevor Michelson.
In our second boat, I thought the guys battled well early, but couldn't find a steady rhythm to hold onto Cornell. In the 4+, Cornell jumped out early and never looked back, leaving our guys little room to move back into the race. In the Varsity, I thought we did a nice job staying internal and laying down a good base speed. We made a nice charge at the 1k, but could not keep up with Cornell's second-half speed. Excited to get back on the river tomorrow against Columbia!"
