HANOVER, N.H. —
Lexi Dewire was responsible for the Big Green's lone point on Sunday afternoon inside Boss Tennis Center as the Big Green dropped a 4-1 decision to Yale in their first home match in over a month.
Yale won the doubles point despite a victory from Dewire and
Elizabeth Fahrmeier at the No. 1 position. Dewire was then able to defeat Yale's Shyla Aggarwal before the match was clinched.
Michela Moore (No. 2) was battling in a three-set match – tied in the third – when the match stopped, and
Caroline Lemcke looked poised to force a third set on Court 5.
Peyton Capuano won the first set on the top court, but ultimately dropped a three-setter.
The Big Green are home once again on Saturday, April 13 as they welcome Columbia at 1 p.m.
