HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth women's basketball team outscored visiting Colby-Sawyer 48-9 over the middle two quarters to erase any doubt, as the Big Green picked up a 98-33 win on Wednesday evening in their home opener. It marked the second straight season Dartmouth has scored 98 points in its first home game.

With the win, the Big Green improve to 2-1, their second straight season at 2-1 after three games.
 Olivia Austin led the Big Green in scoring for a second straight game, scoring a career-high 17 points on 8-of-12 shooting. Alexandra Eldredge added 11 points on 4-of-6 shooting, including 3-of-4 from three. Zeynep Ozel tallied her second-career double-double, posting 10 points and 10 assists. Emma Olausson scored 10 points in her first-career home game.
Dartmouth knocked down 13-of-24 3-pointers on the evening.

Dartmouth heads to Siena on Sunday for a 2 p.m. matchup against the Saints.
FIRST QUARTER:
Colby-Sawyer knocked down a 3-pointer to start, but the Big Green answered with the next nine points.
A Nina Minicozzi 3-pointer gave the Big Green their first double-digit lead at 20-10 with 2:26 on the clock.
An Ozel three in the final minute helped Dartmouth regain a 23-13 lead at the end of the quarter.
SECOND QUARTER:
With Dartmouth leading 27-15, the Big Green staged a 14-0 run to create even more separation.
Debra Hill and Austin each had four points in that span. Hill's second layup gave the Big Green a 41-15 lead with 3:22 on the clock.
A Jacalyn Myrthil layup, marking her first-collegiate points, gave Dartmouth a 49-17 halftime lead.
THIRD QUARTER:
Dartmouth began the third quarter on a 10-0 run, with Eldredge scoring eight of them behind two 3-pointers and a jumper, as the Big Green led 59-17 with 6:35 on the clock.
The margin kept growing, with an Ozel 3-pointer with 1:04 to go giving Dartmouth a 71-22 lead after three quarters of play.
FOURTH QUARTER:
The Big Green lead continued to grow in the fourth.
Olausson scored eight of her points in the fourth, with Austin adding seven.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
Dartmouth shot 57.8% from the floor (37-of-64), including 54.2% from 3-point range (13-of-24).
The Big Green's overall field goal percentage marked their best since shooting 61.4% at Cornell on Feb. 15, 2020.
Dartmouth's 13 made three marked its most since converting 15 in last season's opener against Keene State.
The Big Green had their best 3-point percentage with at least 10 makes since knocking down 61.1% (11-of-18) vs. Vermont on Dec. 1, 2022.
Colby-Sawyer finished at 25.0% (13-of-52) and 26.3% from behind the arc (5-of-19).
The Big Green held a 42-25 edge in rebounds.
All 13 Dartmouth players who saw action played at least 10 minutes.
Austin tallied a career high in points for a second straight game (after tallying 16 at UAlbany Monday).
Ozel became the first Big Green player with 10+ assists since she had 10 last season at CCSU. Prior to that, no Dartmouth player had double-figure assists since Cy Lippold on Dec. 1, 2018.
