HANOVER, N.H. – The Dartmouth men's basketball team picked up its first win of the season and made some history on Tuesday in a 113-68 victory over UMaine Augusta.
The triple-digit score marked Dartmouth's fifth-highest scoring game in program history and tied for the third-most three-point field goals with 19.
Kareem Thomas led the team in points, scoring a career high of 24 through 24 minutes of play. Connor Amundsen followed behind with 14 points, along with Ben Brown and his 12 points. Three first-year student athletes, Anton Strelnikov, Tyler Garrett and Cam Hiatt made their collegiate debuts and scored their first career points.
