PRINCETON, N.J. - Â On Thursday, the Ivy League announced its All-Ivy honorees, recognizing two members of the Big Green.

Both first-year
Olivia Cong and junior
Sophie Thai earned Second Team All-Ivy honors. This is Cong's first All-Ivy recognition while Thai picks up her second, as she was named First Team All-Ivy as a sophomore.

Cong competed in seven of the Big Green's eight tournaments in her first year on the team. She tallied 37 birdies throughout the season, the fourth highest mark on the team.

At the Columbia Classic, Cong had a breakout performance, leading the Big Green to a third-place finish, their highest of the season. She tied for second overall in the tournament, shooting a 213 (-3) across all three rounds. Cong posted scores under par in two of the three rounds, a 69 (-3) in round one and a 68 (-4) in round three.

Thai also competed in all but one tournament for the Big Green. She started the season with an 11
th place personal finish at the Golfweek Fall Challenge, shooting a -1 with eight birdies across the tournament.

At the More Than Golf Invitational hosted by the ANNIKA Foundation, Thai tied for fourth overall, helping the Big Green to a fourth-place finish. She shot under par in two of the three rounds, bringing her tournament score to a 217 (-2). Thai also sunk 14 birdies a team high for one tournament, helping her season total to 53 to lead the team.

Thai, an economics major, was also named Dartmouth's Academic All-Ivy honoree, also recognizing her for her work in the classroom.
