Men's Tennis Competes at ITA All-American Championships

TULSA, Okla. –The Dartmouth men's tennis team continued its fall season when competing in the ITA All-American Championships over the weekend.
Miles Groom and Henry Ren opened pre-qualifying play on Saturday morning, each falling in straight sets. Kornel Halmos also appeared for the Big Green, losing his afternoon match 6-3, 6-2. Groom and Ren made a doubles appearance to close out the day, falling 6-3, 6-4.
On Sunday, Dartmouth played consolation matches to wrap its time in Tulsa. Halmos won his singles match in straight set fashion, 6-4, 6-3. Ren also walked away with a straight set victory, 6-3, 6-3. Groom fell 7-6, 6-3 in his singles match. Groom and Ren took a doubles match 6-1, 6-4.
The Big Green will head to New Haven, Conn., for the ITA Regionals from Oct. 8-14.
