HANOVER, N.H.—Dartmouth women's squash fell in a pair of matches over the weekend to Ivy foes Princeton and Penn. On Saturday the Big Green fell 9-0 to the Tigers. The Big Green looked to rebound on Sunday but fell 9-0 to Penn.
Dartmouth at Princeton (L, 9-0)
The Big Green dropped a 9–0 decision to Princeton University on Sunday, as the Tigers swept all nine matches in straight games.
Dartmouth was unable to gain momentum across the ladder, with Princeton controlling play early in most contests. Maria Clara Ramirez (#1), Xiang Xiang Liu (#2) and Ellie Clifford (#3) each pushed for stretches in their matches but fell in three games.
Maya Shroff (#4) and Nathalie Taylor (#5) also battled through competitive opening games before Princeton pulled away.
Further down the lineup, Kriti Muthu (#6) and Callie Worth (#7) kept rallies long in the middle frames of their matches, but the Tigers maintained consistent pressure to close out the match in straight game. Dartmouth's lower positions faced similar challenges, as Uma Patnaik (#8) and Zayna Usman (#9) fought to extend points but could not earn a game.

Clifford responded after a narrow first-game loss to take the second before Penn took the third and fourth games.
Shroff also forced a four-game match, answering a first-game defeat with a strong second-game win, but the Quakers closed decisively in the final two frames.
Taylor and Muthu each played steady rallies in their matches, though Penn's won each match in straight games.
