HANOVER, N.H. – Dartmouth women's basketball welcomed the Penn Quakers to Leede Arena, Saturday, playing its final regular season game at home. The Quakers exploded for 31 points in the first quarter, en route to an 89-66 win over the Big Green.
With the loss, Dartmouth falls to 10-16 overall and 1-12 in conference play.
Despite Penn's fast start in the first 10 minutes, the Quakers only outscored the Big Green by five points over the remainder of the game, as Dartmouth settled down defensively and started making their shots.
The Big Green had three players in double figures,
Zeynep Ozel (13),
Alexandra Eldredge (11) and
Olivia Austin (11). On Senior Day,
Clare Meyer led the class with eight points.

First Quarter:
Second Quarter:
- Penn scored the first four points of the second quarter before Nini Minicozzi got on the board with a three pointer. She also scored the next three points for Dartmouth, converting on another shot from deep.
- Despite Penn scoring on its first two possessions of the quarter, the two teams played the final half of the period evenly, tallying nine points each.
- The Quakers outscored the Big Green by only one point in the second quarter.
Third Quarter:
- Ozel opened the scoring in the third quarter off a steal. Not even a minute later, Austin sunk the layup and drew a foul, converting on the free throw.
- The Big Green knocked down three straight threes, one from Sierra Carson before back-to-back buckets from Ozel.
- Despite the nine straight points Dartmouth points, the Quakers responded, closing the quarter on an 11-2 run.
Fourth Quarter:
- The Big Green scored the first four points of the quarter, converting on two layups.
- Hollawell, Eldredge, and Carson all scored three pointers in the quarter, as Dartmouth and the Quakers were even in scoring, each tallying 18 total points.
- Despite the even fourth quarter score, Penn's 31 first quarter points was enough to lead the Quakers to victory.
