Big Green Secure First Winning Season Since 2018-19
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -–Dartmouth men's squash closed out the 2025-26 season on Saturday with a 7-2 win over Cornell in the CSA National Team Championship to secure a 9-8 record. It is the first winning season for the Big Green since the 2018-19 season.
Gurshan Jolly, Callan Venkatesan, Arihant Kalamangalan Sunil, Wei Yan Tho, Sam Boulanger, Felix Feldman, and Warren Klein each won their matches.
Jolly, Venkatesan, and Klein all swept their matches. Jolly won the opening game 11-8 and then closed out the first position match with 11-6 and 11-4 wins to close out his first-year season.
Venkatesan played in the fifth position and earned the three game win. He won the opening game 13-11 and the second and third games 11-6 for the win.
Klein closed out his Dartmouth career with a sweep in the ninth position. He won the first game of the match 11-5 before dominating the second game 11-2. He closed out the match with an 11-6 win in the third set.
Kalamangalan Sunil won his match despite falling 11-7 in the opening game. He won the second game 11-6 and took a 2-1 lead with an 11-8 win in the third game. He secured the win with an 11-0 victory in the fourth game.
Tho notched a four game win in the third position match. He won the open game 11-6 but fell 14-12 in the second game. He went on to take the third game 11-4 and the fourth game 11-6.
Boulanger finished his first-year season with a four game win in the fourth spot. He dropped the first game 11-5 but rebounded with three straight wins of 11-5, 12-10, and 11-5.
In his final match at Dartmouth Feldman took down his opponent in the seventh position. He won the first game 11-8 but fell 11-9 in the second game. He dominated the last two games as he won 11-2 and 11-3 in games three and four.
The Big Green close the season with a 9-8 record and finished ninth at the CSA National Team Championships. The nine wins is the most in a season since the 2018-19 season.
