A pair of Dartmouth goals in the second half put the Big Green over the line. With 11:30 remaining, Valverde crossed the ball to Young, positioned in the top right corner of the box, who fired a shot into the back left corner of the net. With under four minutes to play, Young lofted the ball downfield to Lathrop, who ripped a shot from well behind the box to put Dartmouth up 2-0, which was the final score of the match.
