Bio
One of two fifth-year seniors on the defensive line (along with Brian Osimiri)...A well-regarded teammate elected captain at the end of spring practice...Worked hard to report to camp in great shape last spring...Dropped weight but increased strength and speed...Will be counted on to increase pressure on the QB this fall. 2005: Posted 20 tackles including 4.5 for a loss last fall...Added one sack and one pass breakup. 2004: Played in all 10 games as a regular member of the rotation up front making 32 tackles...Had five stops against Princeton and four each against New Hampshire, Holy Cross, Columbia and Cornell...Also intercepted a pass against Cornell...Registered two sacks and four tackles for loss total. 2003: Played briefly, had three tackles against New Hampshire but missed rest of season with injury. High School: Three-time letterwinner and twice captain at Watkins Mill High...played in both defensive and offensive lines...Lettered four times as a defender in lacrosse. Personal: Served as president of the youth board of his church...Has a keen sense of humor...Plays guitar.
