Will vie to once again be the Big Green’s primary placekicker this fall...Consistency is critical...Must improve depth on kickoffs as rule change moves kickoffs back to the 30 this year.
2006: Converted 7-of-13 field goal attempts and 16-of-17 extra points...Booted career-long 39-yarder with no time left to force overtime and help Dartmouth to a dramatic 19-13 win over Brown...Also had a 35-yarder in the fourth quarter against the Bears...Made last three attempts of the season...Was 4-of-5 from 30-39 yards.
2005: Second on the varsity depth chart, spent most of the season kicking for the jayvees.
High School: Earned two letters in football and two in soccer...Converted 50 of 52 extra points as a junior and 47 of 51 as a senior with long field goal of 39 yards...Set school records for most extra points in a single season and career...First team all-county as a senior and honorable mention all-state as a junior...Team was a combined 25-2 his last two years.
Personal: Plans to pursue investment banking or a career in law...Received a nomination to attend the Air Force Academy...Studied in Spain last spring...Held an internship at General Electric...Surprising thing: Never would have considered kicking a football if he hadn’t moved to Texas before high school freshman year.
