Had two interceptions, a fumble recovery and a double-figure tackle game with the jayvees.
High School
A three-sport standout at Rye Neck High … earned 13 varsity letters and was captain of all three teams … played quarterback, fullback and strong safety in football, helping Rye Neck to the runner-up slot in the sectional championships as a junior and senior … chosen first-team all-state, all-section and all-league and a Golden-Dozen scholar-athlete as a senior … third-team all-state, all-section and all-league as a junior … switched to fullback after three years as a quarterback and ran for 1,401 yards while scoring 20 touchdowns.
