SOPHOMORE (2022)
Played in every game and ranked second on the team in rushing with 410 yards, 73 attempts and a 5.6-yard average … added 15 receptions (tied for third on the team) for 125 yards (fourth) to his contributions … opened the season with 44 yards on six carries, including a 21-yard gain, in the 35-13 win over Valparaiso … first run the following week at Sacred Heart ended up being the longest Big Green play of the season, a 68-yard touchdown on Dartmouth’s first possession … finished the game with a season-high 158 yards on a mere 12 handoffs while also grabbing three passes for 31 yards … those 189 all-purpose yards were the most by a Big Green player all season … led the team in rushing against both Yale and in the 27-24 win at Columbia, collecting 80 yards on 15 carries in the latter … also had a key 11-yard catch in the game’s final drive to help set up the game-winning 32-yard field goal with four seconds to play … hauled in a season-best four throws for 28 yards against Harvard … took the handoff nine times in the season finale against Brown, picking up 44 yards to play a part in the 30-7 triumph.
FRESHMAN (2021)
Saw action in the final three games, taking at least one handoff in each contest … made varsity debut against No. 16 Princeton, gaining one yard on his lone carry … ran seven times the following week against Cornell for a total of 28 yards with a long of nine … final carry came on the penultimate play of the season, picking up a first down on 3rd-and-5 with a 6-yard gain to allow the Big Green to run out the clock in the 52-31 title-clinching win at Brown.
HIGH SCHOOL
Won Colorado’s Gold Helmet Award “presented annually to the state’s top football player, scholar-athlete and citizen, someone who embodies excellence on and off the field” … pushed Colorado High School Activities Association to allow him to play football in 2020-21 after an injury limited him to one game as a junior … made the most of the year, averaging 231 rushing yards per game as a senior while scoring 19 TD … helped Fountain-Fort Carson reach the state semifinals for the first time since 2003 … ran for more than 1,400 yards a sophomore … in 18 career games, accumulated 3,308 rushing yards, averaging more than 183 per game, and ran for 38 TD.
