2018-19 (Junior): Appeared in 9 games without registering a point... Whistled for six minor penalties.
2017-18 (Sophomore): Had a 1-1-2 game against Yale on 11.4 for just his second career multi-point game...Notched a goal just :24 into game against UMD...Opened the scoring with the first goal at St. Lawrence (1.19)...Notched the go-ahead goal in 3-2 win over No. 7 Clarkson (2.16) just 51 seconds into the third period.
2016-17 (Freshman): Appeared in 26 games in his first season for the Big Green, posting 1 goal and 8 assists for 9 points...Recorded the first assist of his career at Vermont on Nov. 15...Went on a streak of 6 assists in his next 8 games, including a two-assist game at home vs. UMass Lowell on Dec. 31...Scored the first goal of his career in an 8-4 home victory vs. No. 6 Harvard on Jan. 17.
Before Dartmouth: A three-year letterwinner, Charley was a standout player at Belmont Hill Prep School and former teammate of Dartmouth player, Carl Hesler ’18. In 90 prep school games, he averaged almost a point a game during his career. As a senior, he led his team in scoring with 41 points and captained Belmont Hill to the Large School Championship Game. He was an All-ISL selection both his junior and senior year. In the 2014-15 season, he also played split-season midgets for the Cape Cod Whalers, where he led his team in scoring and helped them win the Massachusetts U18 Regular Season Championship. The Whalers earned a spot in the USA Hockey Nationals in Buffalo, New York, where they lost in the semifinals. This past year playing junior hockey, Charlie started in the USHL before being traded to Vernon in the BCHL after eight games. As a member of the Vipers, he played in 27 games and registered eight points before an upper body injury cut his season short.
Personal: Charley is the son of Mark and Nancy Michalowski and has two sisters...Father played baseball and football at Yale.
