Senior (2020): In a 2020 season that was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic, saw action in seven games ... put together a .286 batting average (2-for-7) ... both hits were doubles ... finished the season with a .571 slugging percentage.
Junior (2019): Saw action in 19 games and made 14 starts ... finished with 13 hits including two doubles, a home run and four RBIs ... went 3-4 with an RBI and three runs scored against CSUN (3/19) ... went 3-3 with two runs scored against Princeton (5/4) ... hit first career home run with a solo shot to boost Dartmouth to a 1-0 win in the final game of the season against Princeton (5/5).
Sophomore (2018): Started 21 of 24 games played … had 11 hits including five doubles and six RBI … recorded a .977 fielding percentage at first base … went 2-for-2 against Yale with an RBI double (Apr. 29) … in the regular season series against Harvard, went 1-for-5 with a double and two runs batted in (Apr. 21) … went 1-for-3 with a double and run scored against Cornell (Apr. 14).
Freshman (2017): Coming off of an injury, had 3 at bats in 3 games played.
Before Dartmouth: A four-year letterwinner at Golden Valley High School … Castillo earned First Team All-League honors her junior and senior year … intends on studying economics with a career in Business.
Personal: Daughter of Hugo and Anna Castillo … has one brother … member of the Athlete Bible Study as well as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes … loves meeting new people and is very good at making friends.
