Junior (2016-17): Rowed in the third varsity all season … helped her boat finish in fourth place in the Grand Final at Sprints (7:34.58) … at the Ivy League Championship, her crew was sixth (7:18.14).
Sophomore (2015-16): Was the bow in the second varsity 4 that out-finished UMass, BU and a pair of Northeastern boats (7:37.4) … at Sprints, she helped the third varsity 8 placed sixth in the Grand Final (7:54.06) … her boat took third in the Petite Final at Ivies (7:25.80).
Freshman (2014-15): Raced in the third varsity as a freshman … at Sprints, her boat came second in the Grand Final (7:01.48) …helped Dartmouth place seventh in the Grand Final at the Ivy League Championship (6:59.728).
Before Dartmouth: Attended Lincoln School, where she lettered in cross country, lacrosse and row … cross country captain as a sophomore … placed fourth at the U.S. Rowing Youth National Championship as a junior.
Personal: Grace Helena Ryan is the daughter of Lisa and John Ryan … brother, Jack, was on the heavyweight rowing team at MIT … father played basketball at Assumption College.
