Bio
Sophomore (2017-18): Raced in the second varsity and the 4A throughout her sophomore season … she helped her 2V defeat BC, URI and Bates (7:11.89) … at the Ivy League Championship, her 4A took fourth in the Grand Final (7:58.20).
Freshman (2016-17): Rowed in the second varsity as a freshman … helped her boat finish in fourth place in the Grand Finals at Sprints (7:13.35) … at the Ivy League Championship, her crew was second in the second final (6:55.42).
Before Dartmouth: Attended Harvard-Westlake High School...lettered in Crew all four years of high school...her boat came in 2nd at the Regional Championships and 3rd at Club Nationals her Junior year...placed 3rd at the Crew Classic and Regionals her Senior year...competed in Youth Nationals her senior year and her crew placed 8th...voted most Inspirational at her club her Junior year...won the Senior award her Senior year.
Personal: Jenna Thompson is the daughter of Cary Thompson and Karen Heilman...has two sisters...participated in Choir in high school...interested in a career in Film and aspires to be a Screenwriter...hopes to participate in a capella and acting during her time at Dartmouth.
