Darren Shroyer joined the Big Green as the assistant director of equipment operations - football in August of 2025.

Prior to Dartmouth, Shroyer worked at Campbell University, serving as the interim football equipment director from August of 2024 to July of 2025. As a graduate assistant there, he also stepped into the interim equipment director role.

He also served as a football equipment intern at University of Kansas after completing his undergraduate degree from Wayne State College in 2023.

In his past roles, Shroyer managed all aspects of football equipment operations, including inventory, practice and game day set up, team ordering, and managing student staff. He also oversaw the CoachComm system and helped with gear fitting and laundry operations.
