NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y.  — The Dartmouth women's basketball team jumped out to a 20-11 lead after one quarter and held on the rest of the way, responding to every Iona comeback attempt in a 65-57 road win on Saturday evening. Four Big Green players scored double-figure points, and Cate MacDonald finished with nine points to just miss becoming the fifth.
