HANOVER, N.H. -- Sophomore Annie Daher finished tied for 11th to help the Dartmouth women's golf team to fourth place at the Big Green's Invitational that concluded Sunday.
Daher was steady with 80-81--161 as the Big Green scored 659 for 36 holes. Yale posted an easy team victory with 629, with St. John's second at 647 and Harvard third with 650. A total of 20 teams competed.
Close behind Daher was sophomore Hayley Stevens. She was 14th with 84-78--162. Sophomore Ann Kapusta was next for Dartmouth with 82-84--166.
Two Big Green freshmen also had an impact in their first collegiate tournaments. Elizabeth Dupuy fired 87-83--170, and Elizabeth Wegener was two strokes back with 88-84--172.
Dartmouth returns to action on September 25-26, traveling to the Princeton Invitational.
