EAST HAMPTON, N.Y. -- Sophomore Hayley Stevens (Orinda, Calif.) had the best finish for the Dartmouth women's golf team, taking 20th at the annual Ivy League golf championship Sunday.
Competing at The Maidstone Club, Sevens posted 90-80-98--268 as the Big Green women were seventh in the team standings.
Also competing for Dartmouth were freshman Elizabeth Dupuy (Phoenix, Ariz.), 92-83-96--271; freshman Libby Wegener (Shorewood, Minn.), 92-88-95--275; sophomore Anne Daher (Lafayette, Calif.), 96-91-93--280; and sophomore Ann Kapusta (Meadville, Pa.), 98-93-95--285.
During the opening round, Dupuy had a hole-in-one on Maidstone's 8th hole.
Princeton won the championship for the second straight year and fourth overall, scoring 970. Yale was second with 1005.
Yale's Cindy Shin took top individual honors with 230, one shot ahead of Princeton's Meg Nakamura with 231.
