ITHACA, N.Y. – Six different players scored for the Dartmouth (21-4-2) women's hockey team as they blasted past the Big Red of Cornell (3-22-2), 7-0, in their final road game of the regular season.

Freshman Jenna Cunningham (Medicine Hat, Alta.) got the Big Green on the board midway through the opening period with assists going to Nicole Ruta (Pickering, Ont.) and Maggie Kennedy (West Hartford, Conn.).

Just minutes later, Katie Weatherston (Thunder Bay, Ont.) scored her 11^th goal of the season, leaving her just one shy of third place all-time among Big Green skaters. Assists to Weatherstons tally went to Cherie Piper (Scarborough, Ont.) and Shannon Bowman (Leamington, Ont.).

Dartmouth ended the first 20 minutes out shooting their Ivy League opponent, 16-2, and going into the lockerroom with a, 2-0, lead.

More offensive pressure led to more goals for the Big Green in the second period. Cunningham netted her second of the game, and 13^th of the season, at 11:22 on the power play, with assists from Kennedy and Bowman.

Piper etched her way into the scoring column at 15:16, giving Dartmouth a commanding 4-0 lead with just one period left to play.

Ruta got her second assist of the game early in the third period, when she aided Caroline Ethier (Matagami, Que.) in scoring her 11^th goal of the season.

Sarah Parsons (Dover, Mass.) increased her point streak to six games, when she beat Sarah McConnachie to give Dartmouth a, 6-0, lead.

Not two minutes later, sophomore Sarah Newnam (Lexington, Ky.) capped off the nights scoring, burying her third goal of the season.

On the night, the Big Green out shot Cornell, 47-12. With the win, Dartmouth netminder Sarah Kennedy (Jasper, Alta.) moves to 4-0-0.

The Big Green will finish off their regular season at home next weekend as they skate against Brown and Yale at Thompson Arena.
