PRINCETON, N.J. - The Dartmouth women's golf team tied for ninth at the Princeton Invitational while Big Green junior Lauren Strickler (Akron, Ohio) took 16th place.
Strickler posted rounds of 79-79-158, while junior Tory Sheppard (Fishers, Ind.) was tied for 30th with 82-82-164.
Led the Susannah Aboff with 71-79-150, Princeton (614) won the team championship with an 11-stroke victory over Columbia (625).
The Big Green combined for 671 as 15 schools competed.
The Dartmouth returns to action on September 29-30, traveling to the Yale Invitational.
