NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Dartmouth women's volleyball lost a three-set match to Yale on Friday evening in John J. Lee Amphitheater. The Bulldogs have lost just twice this season and are currently second in the Ivy League. Yale improved to 15-2 overall, 5-1 in the Ivy League while the Big Green fell to 7-10 overall, 3-4 Ivy.
Alissa Santa Maria (Yorba Linda,
Calif.) and Megan MacGregor (Carlsbad, Calif.) both had double-figure digs with 12 and 15, respectively. Santa Maria also recorded a double-double with 20 assists to lead the team.
Dartmouth was outhit by Yale, .094 to .368 as the Big Green was only able to record 27 kills total in the match. The Bulldogs did not allow Dartmouth to get past 20 points in any set as game scores were 12-25, 15-25, 14-25.
The Big Green is back in action tomorrow with a 4:00 pm matchup with Brown.
