Dartmouth's True Takes Home Top Finish at Twilight Meet

HANOVER, N.H. - Senior Ben True (North Yartmouth, Maine) finished in the top spot in the 1500-meter run at the Twilight Meet at Bentley College on Saturday.
True won the event with a time of 3:46.88, while Dave Juiliano came in second, finishing just under a second slower than True. Dartmouth also had other competitors in the event as freshman John Turro (Katonah, N.Y.) crossed the line in 14th with a time of 3:58.85. Turro was joined by classmates Peter Jankovsky (Stamford, Conn.) and Dylan Summers (Wolfeboro, N.H.) in the event. Jankovsky finished in 16th at 4:00.64 and Summers put in a time of 4:00.67 for a 17th-place finish.
Dartmouth will be back in action this coming weekend as many athletes on both the men's and women's track and field teams get set for NCAA regionals on May 29 and 30.
